Delete Your Route-Guardian Account

Route-Guardian is operated by Heavy Haul Dispatch LLC.

You may request deletion of your Route-Guardian account and associated personal data at any time.

Request account deletion

Submit your request using one of these methods:

  1. Sign in to Route-Guardian.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Review the deletion impact.
  4. Confirm Delete Account.

Users who cannot sign in may submit a deletion request through the public form below or email:

Include:

  • Name
  • Account email address
  • Phone number, when associated with the account
  • Company or fleet name, when applicable
  • Request: Delete my Route-Guardian account

Route-Guardian may verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes or anonymizes data associated with the account, including where applicable:

  • Account profile and login information
  • Email address and phone number
  • Saved permits and permit-route information
  • Saved route pins and navigation records
  • Trips and operational records
  • GPS and location-tracking information
  • Device and tracking-consent records
  • Uploaded documents and images
  • Drivers, vehicles, trucks and trailers
  • Customer and contact information
  • Account preferences and notifications
  • Active tracking links and invitations

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations, including:

  • Invoices and payment records
  • Tax and accounting records
  • Completed-load financial records
  • QuickBooks transaction references
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs
  • Deletion-request audit records

Route-Guardian follows these retention periods:

  • Active account data: deleted or anonymized within 30 days
  • Backup copies: removed through normal backup rotation within 90 days
  • Tax, payment and accounting records: retained for up to 7 years
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs: retained for up to 12 months
  • Deletion-request audit record: retained for up to 7 years

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically create a refund. Any active paid subscription should be canceled before deletion, or Route-Guardian support will assist with cancellation during the deletion process.
