Permitted Use & Disclaimer
Route Guardian does not replace the state-issued permit. The permit remains the legal authority for your oversize/overweight movement. Route Guardian assists with route building from permit text. You must review and save route pins against your permit before driving. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, permit conditions, and DOT requirements.
No Guarantee of Perfect Routing
Route Guardian provides carrier TMS, dispatch management, and oversize permit routing with suggested pins and user review before navigation. We do not guarantee that suggested or saved routes are accurate, complete, or legally compliant. Always verify every pin against your state-issued permit before driving.
Navigation Behavior
Route Guardian navigation is based on the saved route pins you reviewed. It warns when the vehicle leaves the saved route. It does not guarantee perfect routing and does not replace permit review.
Acceptance
By using Route-Guardian (web or mobile), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscription & Billing
Basic Account is free with no credit card required. Paid products (Fleet TMS, Pilot Car TMS, and RG-DISPATCHER) are billed through Stripe as described at signup. Refunds are handled per our support policy.
Limitation of Liability
Route-Guardian is provided as-is. Heavy Haul Dispatch LLC is not liable for fines, permit violations, load damage, or other outcomes from use or misuse of the app. You assume all risk for routing decisions while operating commercial vehicles.
